- Assign cases to case managers and organize work schedules based on priority.
- Maintain essential records and supervision notes, and generate regular and special reports as required.
- Enforce, track, and document the home visit policy and procedures.
- Provide training to both new and existing case managers.
- Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews for case management staff.
- Prepare and submit accurate program statistics and reports in a timely fashion.
- Attend all staff and community meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.
- Masters in Social Work or related field
- Prior experience in individual, family, or group counseling
- NYS License in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work

Description
An established organization that works to provide excellent housing and social services is currently seeking Clinical Supervisors to work at their Bronx location. This non-profit provides affordable and supported transitional and permanent housing, specifically designed to assist homeless adults grappling with HIV/AIDS, serious mental health challenges, behavioral disorders, and other chronic medical conditions. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all clinical services and collaborating with the assistant program director.
The base pay range for this position is $37 to $40 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
