    The role will manage specific medical supply inventory levels throughout the Fred Hutch clinic, and its community sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Completes all duties of Inventory Tech I and II, and
    • Assists and supports the Inventory Supervisor with planning and implementing special projects.
    • Works independently to perform routine responsibilities including but not limited to manual and clerical duties related to inventory control, issuing, and delivering widely diversified or specialized supplies in accordance with current policies and procedures.
    • Responsibilities will vary widely as some of the work is project-based and/or specific to Supply Chain.
    • May fill in for Storeroom Inventory Tech Supervisor when they are not in the office.

    Qualifications


    Required:

    • A High School Degree, GED, or equivalent combination of education.
    • A minimum of two years of experience with health care inventory control.
    • Pharmacy Assistant License.
    • Knowledge of computerized or automated systems operations.
    • Knowledge of record keeping practices.
    • Ability to effectively communicate.
    • Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.
    • Knowledge of safety practice.
    • Ability to lift heavy packages and objects > 50 lbs. using proper technique.
    • Must be able to push/pull cart with 400 lbs. load.

    The hourly pay range for this position is from $22.21 to $31.61 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
