    Responsibilities

    Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

    • Manage Civil Infrastructure and Utility Projects related to stormwater
    • Stormwater Modeling and Reporting Experience
    • Drainage well and stormwater pump experience a plus.
    • Lead team to successfully deliver projects.
    • Prepare and review preliminary and final plans and technical specifications, contract documents and estimates, and make recommendations.
    • Responsible to work with the design team for day-to-day decisions on resource allocation, and project budgets
    • Manage the preparation of engineering reports, plans, and specifications for projects.
    • Supervise and observe the design and ongoing progress of a project.
    • Coordinate with the City, State, and County officials, contractors, and clients.
    • Proficient in CADD / Civil 3D techniques and principles.

    Requirements

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
    • Florida Professional Engineer
    • Minimum 15 years of design experience.
    • FDOT project experience a plus
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset
    • Multi-tasker
    • Ability to collaborate in a remote / hybrid work environment.
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Team Player
