- Coordinate all assigned internal and external service projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare project file with equipment manuals and parts lists.
- Review inspection reports findings.
- Prepare and deliver service quotes to customers for field service and in-house repair opportunities.
- Assist customer service team with order entry tasks.
- Obtain credit information to set up new customers.
- Estimate labor for service jobs.
- Assist in margin growth through obtaining discounts and inventory decision-making.
- Supports sales staff with obtaining business.
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; Ability to interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer service and increasing sales.
