Our primary goal is to provide essential flight data for validating system performance and achieving swift technology deployment to advance national security alongside our clients.
About the Position: As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Stratolaunch, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and successful flight testing of the Stratolaunch Roc carrier aircraft, the largest-wingspan aircraft globally, and other high-speed testing vehicles. You will lead the mission control room team, ensuring effective test conduct during experimental flight tests and air-launch missions, while also contributing to the development of test plans, schedules, and compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a technical aerospace background, the ability to analyze tasks effectively, lead small teams, and possess previous experience with aircraft or spacecraft testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential, along with the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
