- Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor.

- Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Perform all Etch I defined tasks above.
- Set up and operate etcher with minimal supervision.
- Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes.
- Visually inspect panel's quality and make required adjustments.
- Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management.
- Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure.
- Accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation.
- Assist other operators, when time allows.
- Perform all Etch I & II defined tasks above.
- Collaborate with management/ shift supervisor to ensure appropriate personnel is scheduled to meet the departmental goals while minimizing costs.
- Actively seek process improvement activities to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Support and enforce company policy and procedures.
- Assist in training assigned personnel.
- Schedule Preventive Maintenance for departmental equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Excellent work ethics, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
- Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by work area.
- Able to safely work with chemicals.
- Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in printed circuit board etching and be able to satisfactorily perform each task for Etch I operator.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and willing to cross-train in other areas.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in printed circuit board etching.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth experience and knowledge of etching system capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of complex board manufacturing including but not limited to military rigid and rigid-flex board manufacturing.
- Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC).
- Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff.
- Able to understand Material Safety Data sheets (MSD/ MSDS) related to the department.
- Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds.
- Able to repeatedly walk approximately 20 feet to load/ unload etcher.
- Able to walk-in uneven flooring.
- Able to work with chemicals.
