At FUSION OF IDEAS, we utilize our proprietary print methods and laser technology to customize the widest variety of high-tech devices and products.

Essential Functions

Install vinyl wraps to iPhones, iPads, Macbooks, headphones, gaming systems (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo), and other hightech devices
Cut vinyl and prepared materials for installation
Set up production files and artwork in Adobe Illustrator and Mimaki's proprietary software
Consistently meet deadlines for standard and rush projects

Secondary Functions (Desired but not required)

UV printing and laser etching to a wide variety of hightech devices.
Set up, operate, and run projects utilizing Mimaki UV Printers, LEC Printers, Trotec Lasers, Summa Flatbed Cutters, and other equipment.
Perform test runs on the UV printer and Laser machines prior to final print.
Routinely perform maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Create specs for all new products and packaging options.
Test new devices for the best printing method.
Effectively communicate with job stakeholders as needed.

Job Experience and Skills:

Experience with installing vinyl wraps is a must.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator desired but not mandatory.
Impeccable measurement skills.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed during our busy holiday seasons. This may entail some Saturdays or a split shift.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Good multitasking and time management skills.
Running commercialgrade printers (Models such as Roland and Mimaki) is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and using hands in repetitive motions.
May occasionally need to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and/or equivalent
A minimum of one year of experience in a print or vinyl installation production environment or in a similar field, preferably working with highend products.
