    Description
    Land Manager (hybrid)

    Walker Elliott is working with a reputable mineral company in DFW area and they are seeking to hire highly skilled and experienced Land Manager to join their team.

    This is a confidential and exclusive search, offering an exciting opportunity for right candidate to contribute to company's growth and success.

    As a Land Manager you will play a crucial role not only managing the company's assets and overseeing mineral acquisition transactions but also help with land team development.


    Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain the company's land assets, including leases and mineral rights.

    Develop and implement land strategies and processes to maximize the value of company.

    Lead negotiations for mineral acquisitions, leases and other related land agreements.

    Conduct due diligence, curative and evaluations.

    Provide leadership and guidance to land team, fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment.


    Requirements:

    Degree in relevant field such as Energy Management, Business Administration, Law

    CPL or JD preferred, not required.

    10+ yrs. in in-house land function

    5+ yrs. in recent management or supervisory capacity (managing in-house land team)

    Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

    Excellent communication skills
