Beaver, OH's 'Burgermeister' opened its doors for the first time in 2006. Since then, we have become a staple in the capital city and are well-known throughout.

With multiple locations in Berlin, we are one of the leading burger chains. We have big plans - we are expanding and establishing ourselves nationwide and internationally. We have a flat hierarchy, a cool working atmosphere, and room for innovative ideas.


For many years, Burgermeister has operated its own production facility, where all products, from the patty to the bun and sauces, are created and made.

We are currently looking for a shift leader to join our team as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • You ensure the quality of our products during production
  • You monitor the high hygiene standards at our location
  • You enjoy optimizing our existing processes
  • You utilize your team's strengths and support each member to bring out their best
  • You act as the liaison between department managers and your team members

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and identify areas for improvement
  • Previous experience in food production
  • Positive and openminded personality
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Ability to handle stress and problemsolve
  • Completed apprenticeship as a cook/chef is a plus
