YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring correct and timely processing of incoming invoices
  • Coding and booking of incoming invoices and their allocation
  • Processing of down payments, final invoices, and retentions
  • Handling of supplier reminders
  • Account reconciliation and various reconciliation tasks with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Processing of balance confirmations
  • Communication with suppliers and internal purchasers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial or taxrelated vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, tax clerk, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
