    Position Summary

    National 4-H Council is seeking an experienced systems support analyst to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve processes and systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Information Technology, this person will take the lead in analyzing, enhancing, and supporting the organizational infrastructure related to systems and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide systems analysis and support including troubleshooting and resolution of a wide range of tickets and cases that arise from various customers across the organization.
    • Configure and build solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Teams, and/or SharePoint, identifying opportunities for improvement using Microsoft tools and providing recommendations.
    • Maintain all Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, including adding enhancements when requested and troubleshooting with associates when required.
    • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
    • Collect user feedback and conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvements.
    • Assist with development and enhancement of SharePoint Online information support systems, including knowledge management for both internal and client information.
    • Validate workflows and requirements through functional and system testing.
    • Manage small IT and operations projects from inception to completion including cost, scope, and resources.
    • Create and conduct training sessions and workshops on system processes.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation and system guidelines for the organization.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, cross-functional and customer service skills.

    Required Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, or other relevant areas of study or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded experience across business requirements analysis, quality assurance, project life cycle management as well as project portfolio management experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent systems and process analysis skills across various functions such as Finance, Marketing, Resource Development / Fundraising, HR etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time, and change management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams as well as cross-functional teams.
    • Appreciation and passion for emerging technologies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably Power BI experience.
    • Mastery of Microsoft Power Apps with a focus on Teams, Automate, Apps, Pages and Dataverse.
    • Minimum of three years' work experience related to SharePoint Online and Office 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Pages, BI and Dataverse.
    • Minimum of three years' work experience gathering and recording requirements based on clients' needs.
    • Ability to take direction well, strong attention to detail, and exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

    • Basic math skills needed to calculate formulas, commissions, discounts, etc.
    • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.

    Travel Requirements: Travel may be necessary up to 10% of the time (local, regional, national). Would require travel by air, car, or rail.
