Job Description**Introduction:**
Join our dynamic team at the Culture Collision Trade Show, an annual event that brings together sports cards, sneaker, memorabilia collectors, from around the globe to celebrate diversity and love of collecting. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Sponsorship Sales Specialist to help us expand our network of sponsors and partners, enhancing the scale and impact of our event.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and secure sponsorship deals and partnerships with potential sponsors aligned with the trade show's mission and values.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sponsors through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Create compelling sponsorship packages tailored to the needs of different sponsors, including detailed proposals and presentations.
Negotiate sponsorship terms and agreements, ensuring they meet the objectives of both the trade show and the sponsors.
Work closely with the marketing and event management teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered effectively and sponsors' expectations are met or exceeded.
Maintain excellent ongoing relationships with sponsors, including regular updates and post-event reports.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and improve sponsorship strategies.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition, preferably in the events, or media.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade high-level executives.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen interest in sports and collectibles.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design skills are a plus.
