Woodstock KTM - Triumph Is looking for a
Bike Sales Specialist who will provide a legendary customer service experience for all customers.

Duties Include:

Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM
Maintain a working knowledge of the products available
Adhere to all compliance procedures
Greet customers entering the sales department
Present products to customers
Demo products (Test Ride, Push Outside, and Start Weather Permitting, Sit on)
Follow sales process
Answer phones
Follow up with every floor prospect within 24 hours of the visit
Follow up with every owner within 48 hours of purchase and every 180 days after that
Follow up internet leads immediately (same day) as well as every 24hrs after that until complete
Maintain acceptable CSI scores
Promote store activities to instore prospects and through followup calls
Call customers, update CRM, research products, or clean displays
Set and maintain a presentable indoor and outdoor product display
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Other duties as described by management when needed.
