Position Overview:

As the Head of Program Management, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our product development programs in alignment with company goals and objectives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive program success, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects from early-stage development through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with the company's overall portfolio objectives, therapeutic area priorities, and strategic roadmap.
Lead the development of integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets, incorporating input from crossfunctional teams, including Research, Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure alignment of program activities with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across functional areas, ensuring alignment of priorities, resource allocation, and decisionmaking processes.
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Program Execution and Delivery:

Oversee the execution of program plans, monitoring progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely and successful delivery of program objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program timelines, budgets, or quality, implementing corrective actions and escalation processes as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional heads, collaborators, and partners.
Communicate program updates, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders through regular meetings, presentations, and written reports.
Serve as a primary point of contact for programrelated inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely and accurate information.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15+ years) in program management and leadership roles within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of successful product development and commercialization.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate highperforming teams and drive results in a matrixed organization.
Excellent strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
