    Position :
    Senior Engineer - Public Works Group

    Location :
    Houston


    Responsibilities :
    Manage and oversee infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
    Collaborate with a team of engineers and drafters to ensure project success.
    Conduct engineering calculations, designs, cost estimates, and specifications.
    Participate in planning and public meetings to gather project requirements.
    Prepare and deliver client presentations to showcase project proposals.
    Assist in developing plans and reports for project documentation.
    Mentor and supervise entry-level engineers and drafters to support their professional growth.

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months.
    8+ years of experience in engineering design of roadways and highways, with TxDOT and municipal project experience preferred.
    Proficiency in MicroStation, Open Roads, and GeoPak; knowledge of Project Wise and AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a plus.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Client service-oriented with a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
