Description

Ledgent Technology is on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Specialist for our client. This full-time, on-site role is located in Boca Raton, Florida, demanding a commitment of five days per week. This position is perfect for those with a strong passion for marketing, along with an exceptional ability to organize and pay attention to detail. It involves a wide array of tasks, including CRM management, data planning, and executing both online and print marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the promotional framework within our CRM to bolster marketing campaigns.
Generate, refresh, and supervise online ordering platforms and confirmation processes.
Design and maintain marketing polls and surveys to capture insights and monitor outcomes.
Work alongside departments such as the Call Center, Customer Service, Graphics, and Circulation to craft and implement marketing strategies.
Manage and monitor URLs, domains, and vanity URLs designated for marketing initiatives.
Handle and curate marketing materials on our website, utilizing DFP and other tracking instruments.
Compile and maintain reports on marketing performance, delivering insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Organize and manage marketing creative assets and tracking for reporting purposes, ensuring ease of access and organization.
Aid team members by maintaining organization, facilitating success metrics, and keeping projects on schedule.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
Competency in CRM/CMS management.
Intermediate to advanced Excel/SQL skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
Strong communication and time management capabilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Tech-savvy with an independent, self-starter attitude.

Qualifications:

2+ years of marketing experience.
