The Social Media Specialist supports the agency by exhibiting the core values;

day-to-day responsibilities of paid social media for multiple agency clients across many platforms.
The Social Media Specialist will act against effective strategies and will provide necessary analysis
& insights for continuous content optimizations.
• Campaign Strategy and Planning
• Support the development of paid social media strategies aligned with overall
marketing objectives for assigned brands and / or campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social campaigns into
broader client initiatives
• Consistently and proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization that
stand out from the competition.
• Execution & Optimization
• Manage end-to-end execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, adjusting targeting, creative
elements, and budgets as needed.
• Understanding of campaign tracking parameters as it relates to the success of traffic
and conversion campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
• Generate regular insights on campaign performance, providing actionable
recommendations.
Requirements
• Passion for paid social media
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge across all major paid social media tools & platforms
• Knowledge of media fundamentals, including media math & audience development,
• Create flowcharts, budget sheets, and PowerPoint presentations
• Establish a collaborative working relationship with the media & account teams
• Perform monthly or as-needed reporting
• Bachelors Degree in advertising/marketing or related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of media-buying experience at an advertising agency
• Detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal skills
• Thrives on working with others as a team, but can also work autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting easily to change
• Client-facing experience and presentation skills a plus
