- Uses applicant tracking computer system to maintain external candidate information.
- Coordinates onboarding process for all external hires.
- Works with Corporate Recruiters to coordinate employment.
- Provides administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
- Works with the Recruiting Specialist to coordinate and execute operations.
- Cross trains with other HR functions to provide support as needed.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Software proficiency in the Windows environment includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
