The
Leave and wellness Administrator
is responsible for administering all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short—and long-term disability. The Administrator also handles all tier II guest service issues and administers the company's FMLA/leave policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handles all tier II issues of guests service for team members and HR managers in a timely and professional manner
Administers FMLA/ Personal Leave of Absences and Paid Parental Leaves and manages team member leaves in UNUM.
Send Leave of Absences premium letters, review monthly eligibility files, and audits for errors
Reviews weekly Unum Paid Pregnancy Disability Leave reports for program compliance
Reviews weekly no Pay Reports and weekly Workers' Compensation reports
Works with vendors to resolve escalated issues for our employees
Assures integrity of Health & Welfare and Retirement elections data in the benefit admin system
Provides backup support to Benefit Specialist III and Benefits Manager
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass the pre-employment screening

Education & Experience
T
wo years' experience in HR and/or benefits administration
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
preferred
Ability to perform under limited
supervision
Extensive knowledge of employ
ee benefits and applicable laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
