    Description

    We are looking to bring on a talented Account Supervisor to join the Zulu Alpha Kilo team in New York.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Key day-to-day point of contact for client and internal team, the AS must develop trusting, professional, and respectful relationships
    • Maintains constant communication with AD/GAD on account/project status
    • Proven ability to collaborate and cultivate relationships with agency partners and multiple client functions beyond core marketing team
    • Responsible for client presentations (building decks with Strategy, Account, and Creative teams) and managing internal and external concept approvals; demonstrates consistent ability to evaluate creative ideas against the brief and works to sell through evolving concepts and campaigns
    • Collaborates with the Strategy and Creative teams to develop strong agency creative briefs based on clients initial brief; manages strategy presentations with client in partnership with AD/GAD
    • Writes and delivers strong agency POVs rooted in solid rationale and previous experience to sell through complex concepts and/or troubleshoot issues
    • Manages execution of fully integrated campaigns with a balance between digital/interactive marketing focus and traditional above the line; utilizes knowledge and knowhow of production processes across all mediums to reach clients goals/objectives; presents production estimates for client approval with a strong understanding of what things cost and why
    • Attends shoots and edits as needed to ensure client/creative approvals and satisfaction
    • Oversight of account administration, such project/production timelines, budget management, share drive management, creation of estimates and issuing P.O.s, traffic instructions, copy decks, contact reports, etc.
    • Developing weekly status report/meetings and authors timely conference reports to distribute across clients and multiple agency partners to ensure cohesive collaboration
    • An expert on the clients brand, category, and competition; researches and authors competitive reports/POVs as added value for the client
    • Supports AD/GAD in annual planning processes, SOW, and resource allocations
    • Responsible for direct reports professional development and performance reviews (AE and AAEs depending on team structure)

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in advertising creative agency
    • An amazing relationship builder who is entrepreneurial in spirit we want a champion of creative thinking who embraces a challenge
    • Ability to work under pressure and rally team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment independently takes initiative with thorough follow-up ability
    • Extensive Digital and Broadcast Production experience is essential as well as an appetite to explore never been done before initiatives
    • Incredibly well organized, collaborative, receptive to change, laser focused on detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google suite
    • From time to time, after hours work and overnight traveling to meetings, shoots and/or post sessions may be required

    Many factors play a role in determining the compensation for this position, including; position level, skills and experience. Range for this role is typically $90,000-$120,000.
