Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in integrated communications and a passion for health care? Ketchum seeks an experienced communications professional to join its Health Services team as an Account Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients through sound counsel, creative problemsolving, idea generation, and flawless execution
- Provide strategic guidance to clients; anticipate and address client needs and challenges; plan and develop integrated programs that exceed client objectives
- Understand print and broadcast media and where social media intersects and translate trends, technologies, and metrics for clients
- Research, write, edit, and present highlevel materials, including communications plans, POV's, Q&A's, press materials, and digital and social content
- Manage financials, ensuring programs and projects are profitable
- Analyze and report on client program metrics and online conversations and shift direction as needed
- Identify new opportunities with clients and build incremental business
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback; identify beneficial training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a communication agency or similar position; one year basic supervisory experience
- Experience working in Healthcare communications (agency or inhouse)
- The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $98,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available._
