    Job DescriptionOverviewThe Senior Product Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire product development cycle and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. This role is essential in driving the company's innovation, maintaining product quality, and meeting customer requirements. As a senior member of the engineering team, the Senior Product Engineer will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior engineers as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.Key responsibilities
    • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring product performance, quality, and cost targets are met
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
    • Conduct feasibility studies and develop project plans and schedules
    • Provide technical expertise in design and development activities
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the product development lifecycle
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product design and engineering processes
    • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical support
    • Participate in design reviews and contribute to product design enhancements
    • Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production and product integrity
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation and specifications
    • Support product testing and validation activities
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends
    • Contribute to the development of new product concepts and ideas
    • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure successful product integration
    Required qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in product development and engineering
    • Strong technical expertise in product design, development, and testing
    • Proficient in 3D modeling and CAD software
    • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
    • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
    • Proven track record of bringing products to market successfully
    • Experience with prototyping and manufacturing processes
    • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
    • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
