Job Summary:

As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.

Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and effective storage, distribution, and fulfillment operations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality assurance.

This role is crucial in supporting our e-commerce platform and requires a leader who can optimize processes and inspire a team to achieve excellence in all aspects of warehouse management.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the warehouse operations including storage, inventory, distribution, and fulfillment activities.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure that products meet customer expectations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, including technology deployment and process enhancements.
  • Lead a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement root cause analyses to resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements within the warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to enhance aftersales service and warranty repairs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with shipping, logistics, and supply chain partners.
  • Oversee the integration of ecommerce strategies with warehouse operations to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts on warehouse operations for senior management review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in implementing quality assurance measures and root cause analysis.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
  • Background in aftersales service and warranty repair management.
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics.

Pay:
$66, $78,000.00 per year
