Job Summary:

As our Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will not only oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations but also actively participate in daily activities.

This role requires a hands-on leader capable of demonstrating and executing tasks that include shipping, receiving, minor repairs, installation of replacement parts, cleaning, and repackaging.

Your main goal will be to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and fulfillment operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

This position is essential for supporting our e-commerce platform and demands a dynamic leader who can optimize processes and lead a team to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Actively oversee and participate in the handson aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and direct handling of products.
Perform minor repairs, install replacement parts, and ensure products are clean and wellpresented before shipment.
Manage storage, inventory, distribution, and fulfillment activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and enhancement of processes.
Lead and inspire a team of warehouse personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork, proactive communication, and continuous learning.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with customer service teams to enhance aftersales services and manage warranty repairs.
Develop and manage relationships with logistics, shipping, and supply chain partners.
Integrate ecommerce strategies with warehouse operations to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management review.

Required Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and work alongside a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Handson experience in quality assurance and root cause analysis.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and decisionmaking capabilities in a fastpaced environment.
