- Establish core agile processes & create repeatable and standardized ways of working.
- Partner with the Director of Product Management & Martech for HEYDUDE North America to produce and maintain a 1-year product strategy (roadmap) for your areas of responsibility. The focus on increased conversion, easy shopping, revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, attrition, and retention.
- While partnering with the Director, you'll gather ideas and requirements from customers and collaborators across teams to define market opportunities and customer expectations.
- Create clear arguments, including value, for new features or supporting tools. Define and maintain performance monitoring metrics for relevant storefront features, and assess the value of our vendors against the current landscape. Work with the Director of Product Management, HEYDUDE NAM & Martech to incorporate proposed changes into the roadmap.
- Provide best-in-class product management practices as part of the development lifecycle: clearly define the scope of work, approve relevant designs, support User Acceptance Testing, define any training needs, and champion launch preparations. Coordinate with our Project Managers and Development Leads to develop requirement documents, functional specifications, operations and maintenance guides, training materials, and use cases.
- Monitor and identify customer needs. Stay current on industry standards/trends, and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps. Monitor key business and customer metrics to ensure an always-optimized site. Maintain a solid understanding of available technologies and apply technology solutions, where appropriate, to improve efficiency and ultimately benefit the customer.
- Lead Product Discovery and concept Sprints, helping identify and describe requirements and ensuring that the product backlog is ready for project prioritization. You'll work with analytics to define the analytics to be collected regarding the product and prioritize their collection.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject area.
- 5 + years of strong proven history of working closely with business operations to identify business opportunities and requirements to deliver measurable products and features that meet those needs in a role as a Product Owner and Project Manager in a software development /e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of how consumers shop online. 5+ years exposure to eCommerce is a plus.
- Experience in A/B testing relating to performance, conversion, and engagement optimization.
- You quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- An emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven refinement.
- Demonstrated experience managing partner needs against limited resources, while maintaining consensus.
- Collaborative with an ability to effectively communicate using data.
- Strong rapport with technical teams and an understanding of the full software-development lifecycle.
- High level of competency and familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe, Jira, and/or similar analytic tools and tracking tools

OverviewSr. Manager, Product Management is a pivotal position within our e-commerce technology division, entrusted with elevating the product management activities of our North America (NAM) HEYDUDE digital business. This role will spearhead the management of the HEYDUDE NAM product landscape, driving the seamless execution of all initiatives with precision and efficiency.
We are seeking an individual with a deep passion for Product Management & e-commerce technology, possessing a wealth of experience in B2C environments or in providing services and solutions to B2C businesses. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver and a collaborative leader, capable of navigating cross-functional teams with finesse. As the Sr. Manager of Product Management for HEYDUDE NAM, you will be the linchpin connecting various departments, including Customer Experience, Merchandising, Project Management, Dev/Ops, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Regional Leads.
Your core directive will be to implement eCommerce strategies across all features, functions, and enhancements, while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
