    Description


    The Gogo Business Aviation Product Marketing Manager will assist in the direction that drives the next generation of new product launch activities across a product portfolio.

    This role will be mentored to do the launch plan, drive the go-to-market strategy, and product positioning for directing the next generation of new product launch activities across a product portfolio.

    This role will be mentored to develop the launch plan, drive the go-to-market strategy, and position a suite of products.

    You will work closely with the portfolio's Product Managers to establish a valuable and differentiated position in the Business Aviation marketplace, launch new products, and grow market share profitably.

    You will also work closely with marketing operations, strategic marketing, creative, public relations, product management, sales, sales operations, and technology teams throughout the organization.

Are you comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives throughout the organization?Then COME ON BOARD THE GOGO BUSINESS AVIATION PRODUCT MARKETING TEAMHow will you make a difference?Assist with the launch of new products and releases and help with the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market strategyPartner closely with marketing and product managers support the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive market awareness, interest, and sales for products in the portfolioAid sales growth by empowering the sales and account management team to become better storytellers about how our clients can leverage Gogo's solutions through the development of narratives, sales training content, sales tools, collateral, knowledge bases, demos, and client testimonials that support the entire buying and client lifecycleHelp create and maintain Gogo product communication strategy and messaging, as requiredWork closely with select customers and internal teams to document market requirementsConduct market research to understand industry and consumer factors affecting product strategiesStrengthen product communications for tradeshows or events as needed, e.g., product-related materials; attend tradeshows/conferences relevant to productsDevelop and maintain collateral for new products (major) or features (minor) and to support existing productsSupport product obsolescence activities in cooperation with Product Management, including messaging, upgrade path, etc.

    Write product-oriented content, e.g., articles, white papers, etc.
    Aid in developing product facts, videos, podcasts, FAQs, talking points, etc.
    Collaborate with Product Management to develop, in layman's terms, feature overviews, product launch plans, and release overview communicationsOptimize the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies for the products in the portfolio for business aviation segments and decision-maker personasQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related business degree; MBA is a plus2-4 years of relevant product management or product marketing experienceMust be willing to be in the Broomfield office 2-3 days per weekRequired Skills, Talents & ExperienceDemonstrated success in helping to execute new product launches and go-to-market activitiesEffective communication and presentation skills to drive thought leadership with external and internal customersAbility to convey complex concepts to the senior leadership teamStrong project management skills, with success driving multiple projects simultaneouslyPassionate advocate of the customer experiencePreferred Skills, Talents & ExperienceExperience in telecom, aviation, or technologyExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)


    Be an influential evangelist, internally and externally, for the product portfolioEntrepreneurial with a strong inclination toward actionAbility to be self-directed to solve business issues in a defined product areaAdept at resolving issues amidst ambiguity and complexityPassionate advocate of the customer experienceExperience in building and manipulating information systems, focusing on Siemens Polarion, including the ability to customize workflows and automate processes within the platform.

    Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly in writing code for task automation and manipulation.
