    Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships, Licensing and Collaborations


    Crocs is seeking a Manager of Brand Partnerships on the global marketing team to unlock memorable brand moments and extend our brand reach and awareness through collaborating with a wide range of brand partners.

    They will play an integral role in connecting Crocs to current events, social / digital trends, authentic brand partners and talent, and quick-to-market opportunities to continue to position Crocs as an innovator in the collaboration and doer spaces.

    This role will own development of campaign playbooks and execution of Crocs mass appeal partnerships.
    What You'll Do
    Write and deliver briefs aligned to marketing and company strategies and goals
    Collaborate with marketing channel owners and creative teams to develop best in class consumer journeys and creative that aligns with the original brief and utilizes campaign budget most efficiently
    Lead projects which involve external partners across various industries with mass consumer appeal
    Act as key strategic partner for cross functional teams including product, merchandising and sales teams. Foster collaborative conversations while seeking inputs that will improve program efficacy
    Develop program playbooks and oversee the execution of that strategy within all geographic territories
    Manage campaign progress measurements ensuring execution translates into engagement, traffic and consumer acquisition
    Ensure alignment with legal on all product, partner and marketing activation plans to stay compliant and within contractual terms for the safety of our brand and partners
    What You'll Bring to the Table
    BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
    8+ years marketing experience, highly preferable with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions
    Footwear, licensing industry and/or talent management experience is a strong plus
    A true passion for brand partnerships, digital and a global environment
    On top of music, fashion, entertainment and culture trends
    Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence with an eye for detail
    Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with ability to prioritize workload while under pressure
    Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency
    Strong communication abilities, written and verbal
    Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change

    Salary or Pay Range:
    $105,000 - $115,000
    Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
    This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.

    This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
