Key Responsibilities:

Support Maintenance and Service Efforts:
Assist experienced technicians in delivering exceptional maintenance and service for trucks and heavy equipment. Learn the ropes of routine inspections and basic repairs while honing your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Diagnostic Learning:
Take advantage of opportunities to learn diagnostic techniques for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Shadow experienced technicians as they troubleshoot issues, gaining valuable insights into maintaining uptime and minimizing disruptions.

Embrace Preventative Maintenance:
Learn about preventative maintenance practices and contribute to efforts to prevent breakdowns and ensure peak performance. Assist with regular inspections and maintenance tasks, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you gain experience.

Build Technical Knowledge:

Qualifications:

• Some experience or coursework in automotive, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and a willingness to learn.
• Enthusiasm for trucks and heavy equipment, with a desire to build a career in maintenance and service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Pay:
$ $25.91 per hour

Experience:

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Union Bridge, MD preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Union Bridge, MD 21791: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:
