Your tasks

Programming and optimizing industrial robots
Monitoring, adjusting, and documenting process parameters for joining processes (e.g. folding, welding, gluing, riveting, etc.)
Implementing measures in robot systems for body construction
Independently analyzing and documenting process deviations
Technical effectiveness control of fixtures
Accompanying plant construction and new launches
Standardizing robot programs and macros, optimizing interfaces between PLC and robots
Creating and adapting technical specifications
Training employees in new and existing processes

Your profile

Technical education with subsequent qualification as a technician or alternatively a degree in mechanical engineering
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in addition to technical knowledge ideally in an automotive company
Work experience in operating and programming KUKA/ABB robot systems
Ideally familiar with common automotive joining processes (e.g. folding, welding, gluing, riveting, etc.)
Ideally familiar with PLC programming (Siemens S7/TIA) desirable
Independent, structured work style and willingness to organize and shape processes
Team and communication skills, as well as dedication
