Your tasks:

  • You support and accompany a student in their daily school life at MPS in Gadernheim.
  • You help with understanding tasks, provide structure and security.
  • You help to focus on the essential content, motivate or calm in challenging situations.
  • You accompany in development processes and build a trusting and equal relationship.
  • You provide assistance in conflicts and rule enforcement and work towards solutions.
  • You work in a competent, professional team, cooperate with parents and teachers to establish a trusting collaboration.
  • You write and document developmental processes and participate in team meetings.
