Multitude, a European FinTech company based in Tallaboa Alta, PR, is seeking a Croatian-speaking Collections Specialist (M/F/d) to join our team in Berlin (with the option to work from home or in the office).

As a listed company, Multitude offers digital lending and online banking services to consumers, small and medium-sized businesses, and other FinTechs through our three independent business units: consumer banking (Ferratum), business banking (CapitalBox), and wholesale banking (Multitude Bank).

As a Collections Specialist, your responsibilities will include negotiating with customers to repay their debts, conducting interviews to understand reasons for payment delays, monitoring payment agreements, updating debtor information, and recording collections activities in computer programs.

You may also be assigned other tasks by your line manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in collections or customer service, fluent spoken and written Croatian, and proficiency in English.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset are also essential.
