    Job Title:
    Global Tax Compliance - Reporting & Compliance –SVP

    Job Description:
    The individual will help implement best practices for reporting and compliance as well as:Oversee day to day quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision calculations in connection with SEC reporting requirements including:Preparation of tax footnotes and disclosures in financial statementsPreparation of cash taxes forecastEarnings and profits calculations for corporate entitiesReview return to provision calculations of federal and state/local income taxesReview federal and state/local income tax returns, quarterly tax estimates, and extensionsAssist in tax planning analysis and involvement in various special projectsAssist in various process enhancements to streamline and automate flow of dataResearch tax issuesAssist with responding to tax authority requestsInterface and collaborate with other departmentsQualifications: We are looking for a self-motivated, diligent and hard-working team player who can work independently


    The ideal candidate:


    Must have relevant tax experience with a concentration in corporationsMust have knowledge and working experience in ASC 74015 years minimum of public accounting and/or private experience CPA and/or MST preferredUp C Structure experience strongly preferredPartnership tax experience is a plusInternational tax experience is a plusknowledge of tax return or tax provision preparation systems is a plusKnowledge of US reporting of foreign investments including PFIC's, CFC's and CFP's is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized, detail oriented and able to function in a dynamic environment with the ability to take initiativeMust produce timely and accurate records and understand that supporting work paper documentation is paramountMust be proactive, follow through on commitments and understand that deadlines are meaningfulMust be a quick learner and be able to apply knowledge learned to future projectsThe duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.

    Expected annual base salary range:
    $200,000 - $275,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


    Additional compensation:
    Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
