To support our personnel consultants, we are currently looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter for recruiting technically demanding vacancies. At munerio, New Work is not just a buzzword, but a lived reality, whether it's hybrid work, part-time, or digitalization.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with the projectleading personnel consultant
Direct search through XING, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Conducting interviews with candidates and presenting external vacancies
Identifying and contacting suitable candidates through active sourcing with creative ideas
Managing candidates from written communication to scheduling meetings for personnel consultants
Creating job postings with SEO optimization
Coordinating and mediating in the recruiting process between candidates and clients
Supporting social media marketing, such as creating and posting content for employer branding
Optimizing internal processes, tools, and workflows and contributing and implementing own ideas
Preparing data and creating evaluations of campaign performance, posts, applications, etc.
