PROJECT COACH (w/m/d)

Location:

FAIRPLAID is the operator of the largest German crowdfunding platform for sports ), a full-service partner of the leading funding initiative "Municipal Crowdfunding", and a leading technology and coaching provider for sustainable funding systems. To date, we have distributed over 18 million euros to more than 3,400 projects. Our funding instruments and mechanisms are designed for fair and sustainable project funding. Our partners include dedicated companies, organizations, foundations, associations, and clubs. On our platforms, clubs, associations, individuals, organizations, and more can launch their own projects to cover their funding needs. These projects are supported by funding partners and the crowd (community). At FAIRPLAID, we accompany all parties as coaches at every step.


Your tasks will include:


  • Consulting and management of platform and funding partners
  • Coaching project starters for successful implementation of crowdfunding campaigns
  • Planning and implementation of marketing measures
  • Conceptualization and further development of funding measures
  • Collaboration in optimizing platform technology
  • Analysis of crowdfunding projects and expansion of the crowdfunding help center
  • Preparation and execution of online seminars on crowdfunding

What you should bring:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • You are proficient in using common digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365
