Deputy Head Midwife (m/f/d):
We are currently seeking a Deputy Head Midwife (m/f/d) for our client in Bremen as part of a direct placement.

Your responsibilities:
- Constantly representing the Head Midwife
- Organizing, ensuring and optimizing interdisciplinary processes and workflows in coordination with the nursing management
- Monitoring and shaping the structural, process and outcome quality in nursing
- Creating the duty and vacation schedule, taking into account workflows and economic aspects, including absence management
- Instructing and evaluating employees, nursing students and interns
- Conducting job interviews and employee meetings
- Ensuring the professional qualification of employees
- Conducting handovers, duty and team meetings
Your profile:
- Completed training as a midwife with several years of professional experience
- Ideally experience as a head or deputy head midwife
- Organizational talent and passion for the profession
- Independent work and willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Openness to new insights in the care of newborns and postpartum women
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and shaping and developing the Mother-Child Center
