We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist / Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Nathrop, CO.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting new employees (m/f/d) and establishing new recruitment channels
Applicant management and onboarding
Responsibility for training and further education (e.g. Myagi platform)
Personnel planning
Preparation and conducting of employee/feedback discussions

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in HR and recruitment and/or a degree with a business background
You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
