Group Leader (m/f/d) for the Packaging and Shipping Department North

in Künzelsau

What to expect:

  • You will take on leadership responsibility for an operational team of approximately 50 employees in the packaging and shipping departments, including a direct team of 24 employees.
  • You are responsible for the operational management of the departments and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • You support the overall department in strategic alignment and internal process management.
  • You are a technical member in complex logistics projects and work on futureoriented digitization topics from development to implementation.
  • You monitor performance and cost indicators and work closely with other departments (sorting, picking, transport control).

What we expect:

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics/supply chain management.
  • You have extensive leadership experience and several years of professional experience in operational logistics.
  • Alternatively, you can convince us with a relevant education, topicrelated further training, and several years of professional and leadership experience.
  • You are characterized by independent thinking, a strong handson mentality
