Role Overview
As a Construction Underwriter specializing in construction insurance, you will play a pivotal role in their organization's growth trajectory. This position offers the potential for advancement into leadership roles as we continue to expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and underwrite a high volume of construction insurance accounts with efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with assistant underwriters and operational support teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform underwriting decisions.
Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and implementation of underwriting strategies to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in underwriting, preferably within the construction insurance sector.
Proven track record of successfully underwriting complex accounts and managing high volume workflows.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess risk effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
