Join us in Richwood, TX as part of our international team of 80 people and help us open our new CHRONEXT boutique in Munich.

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for luxury watches and are committed to creating transparency, trust, and joy for all watch lovers.

Starting in March 2024, you will work full-time for one year with our CHRONEXT team in Munich.

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/W/D) - CHRONEXT BOUTIQUE MUNICH


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute personal customer appointments for the handover of luxury watches at our Munich location
  • Represent CHRONEXT alongside our team and ensure competent sales of our portfolio
  • Manage shipping of luxury watches and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers onsite
  • Collaborate closely with CHRONEXT's operational interface teams and proactively communicate with them
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT DRIVES YOU

  • Completed apprenticeship in retail or university degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers make confident and professional purchasing decisions
  • Independent worker with a strong team player mentality and a diligent work ethic
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems such as FreshDesk or similar, fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for luxury watches and a desire to create unforgettable sales experiences for our customers
