Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for overseeing commercial construction projects? We're seeking a talented individual with ProCore experience and a strong background in project financials to join our team.
If you have 5-7 years of project management experience and a knack for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction planning to project closeout.
- Utilize ProCore software to manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial goals and targets.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to track project expenses, identify costsaving opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, budgetary matters, and any issues or concerns that arise.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Quality Control:
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, specifications, and client expectations.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
- Proven experience using ProCore software for project management and documentation.
- Strong background in project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Pay:
$120, $150,000.00 per year
