Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for overseeing commercial construction projects? We're seeking a talented individual with ProCore experience and a strong background in project financials to join our team.

Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction planning to project closeout.
  • Utilize ProCore software to manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.

Financial Management:


  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial goals and targets.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to track project expenses, identify costsaving opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Client Communication:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, budgetary matters, and any issues or concerns that arise.

Team Leadership:


  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Quality Control:


  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, specifications, and client expectations.

Risk Management:


  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:


  • 57 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience using ProCore software for project management and documentation.
  • Strong background in project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
$120, $150,000.00 per year
