Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator to join our team.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
