We are looking for you to strengthen our donor service team (inbound) in Berlin-Friedrichshain, where you will primarily work from home.


We are looking for open-minded employees to handle telephone and written inquiries from supporters of non-profit organizations, aid organizations, and charitable associations.

Your tasks

  • You answer and process inquiries from members and supporters of wellknown aid and environmental organizations such as Brot für die Welt, Diakonie Deutschland, Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, or WWF Germany, thereby helping to realize their aid projects.
  • You handle inquiries from members and supporters of wellknown aid and environmental organizations that come in through the channels of telephone, email, chat, and mail.
