Psychosocial Assistance in
Osnabrück County has been in operation since
2005 and currently serves approximately 70 individuals.

We provide professional integration assistance and individual support services for people with psychiatric diagnoses, in order to enable them to live as independently as possible and participate in society.

Job Description:

We are looking for a


Social Pedagogue or equivalent degree

25 hours/week, with the option for increased hours, permanent contract:


Your responsibilities include:


  • As a specialist in psychosocial assistance, you will work in individual case management in the everyday life of people with mental illness or emotional disabilities. This includes independently coordinating flexible appointments according to the needs of the clients.
