The
Training Coordinator
is a critical part of the
IntelliShift
Customer Experience Organization. You'll lead the Customer enablement activities to support the education of customers and internal team members involved in the implementing and support of the
IntelliShift
solutions.
You'll be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support all training programs.
As our
Training Coordinator,
you'll work cross-functionally with the Sales, Implementation, Support, and Services teams to ensure a value-driven and consistent Customer Experience.
You'll work to ensure that customers are maximizing their value from our technology and will serve as their internal advocates by sharing feedback and partnering with our product teams to deliver technology that aligns with the direction of the industry.

and are transforming how their companies manage and operationalize their fleet management.
This is a full-time, remote, US-based salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ or customer sites.
What you will do:
Coordinate with Product Enablement to analyze training needs to develop new training programs. Modify or improve existing ones based on product releases and customer's feedback.
Design and facilitate Customer training to include instructor-led and distance learning.
Develop, organize, and deliver training manuals, visual aids, and other educational materials that incorporates best practices in utilization of the Intellishift solutions internally and externally.
Coordinate with Product Enablement to develop IntelliShift's training curriculum and delivery methodology driven by customer segments (SMB, MMB, Enterprise) with a focus on scalability.
Collaborate with the Product Enablement, Sales, Delivery Services & Customer Success teams to understand each customer's goals and initiatives and ensure the training aligns accordingly.
Evaluation LMS solutions that solve for internal and external training delivery, including ease of use, and scalability.Develop a Post-Training CSAT process to ensure the target audience is successful in understanding and use of the solution.
Collaborate with Product Enablement and other relevant teams to understand IntelliShift product capabilities and how they address customers' needs.
Be the customer advocate with regards to the IntelliShift product roadmap and market demands.
Implement efficiency gains to maximize the customer experience and to establish a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Foster a working environment that is energized, motivating, and contributes to positive associate engagement.
Partner with your direct manager to implement internal workflow policies/procedures; recommend and manage improvement efforts.
Travel as needed to take part in key meetings or provide user-based training (travel up to 25%).
What you'll need to do it:5+ years in training management, delivery, and content development.
Experience working with SaaS based solutions, ideally with a hardware component.
Strong oral presentation and written communications skills.
Advanced knowledge of curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute multiple initiatives at once.Intrinsically motivated leaner who takes a hands-on approach with tools.
Passion for the user experience, with the technical chops to demo products and features to different audiences.
Skilled in tools and procedures when developing self-paced courses.
Ability to work in a hyper growth environment with shifting priorities.

We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $110-120k.

This is a remote full-time, salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ and customer sites throughout the country.
