    The Decision Advantage Solutions (DAS) Business Area has a new opportunity for a Business Development

    Capture Analyst to support growth activities across a broad array of Defense and Intelligence Community customers.

    This is an outstanding opportunity to join a talented team applying Leidos capabilities to solve our customers most pressing needs.

    Responsibilities

    The Business Development Capture Analyst works directly with Business Developers, Capture Managers and program managers to refine our win strategy through technical solutions development, effective teaming, staffing and pricing strategies.

    This role assists Capture Managers with the development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results within this group.

    Participate in all business planning activities, scheduling and facilitating BD presentations, to include pipeline reviews, gate reviews, weekly and monthly BD reporting
    This individual works with a capture team to advance opportunities through the pipeline and develop winning proposals.

    Tasks associated with this role may include teaming analysis and scope definition, competitive intelligence & assessments, development of marketing materials, capture planning, writing of white papers and request for information responses, win theme workshops and proposal development.

    Basic Qualifications
    Bachelor's or master's Degree from an accredited university and 4+ years of relevant experience
    Understanding of the Defense and Intelligence Community missions
    Ability to establish, build, and maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities
    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills
    Ability to attain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
    Preferred Qualifications
    Knowledge and experience in the US Government's procurement process
    Knowledge of Government Contractor's proposal process and development
    Experience in Business Development and/or Marketing
    High Energy, enthusiasm and competitive edge
    Self Motivated
    Willingness to continually learn and grow
    Ability to Work in Team
    Ability to work under pressure

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $81, $146,875.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

    Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
