My Responsibilities
- Operational, strategic technical and business responsibility for the location
- Independent planning and project management in the field of infrastructure/transportation facilities
- Coordination with inhouse departments
- Acquiring new projects, maintaining contact with clients
- Communication with clients, authorities, technical inspection agencies, and other planning stakeholders
- Leadership, management, and development of employees at the location
- Development and implementation of company and personnel planning
- Location development
- Support for internal improvement projects
My Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of guidelines and regulations
- Extensive professional experience, ideally in infrastructure planning
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably with CAD software
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience with AVA programs (California) is desirable
- Responsible, teamoriented, and strong communication skills
- Structured, businessoriented, and goaloriented work style
- Willingness to travel (day trips)
