For our subsidiary, ISS Communication Services GmbH, we are looking for a "Mobile Caretaker (m/f/d)".

Your tasks

Receiving and addressing reports of malfunctions and initiating necessary repairs
Regular functional checks of lighting and sanitary facilities, if necessary repairs and troubleshooting
Handyman and assistant tasks, as well as relocation services
Ensuring timely and highquality service delivery
Carrying out renovations and cleaning work in the technical area, as well as building inspections and documentation
Performing minor repairs and replacing worn materials

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field (electrician, electronics technician, systems mechanic) advantageous
Ideally, first experience in building services and in large office locations
Affinity for digital tools (tablet, smartphone, service app & Outlook)
Class 3 or B driver's license advantageous
Electrical trained person (EuP) advantageous
Regional travel readiness within Rhineland-Palatinate
