QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. Responsibilities:The EMR Implementation Support Specialist is responsible for department support, end user support, incident ticket submission and tracking, and user training on the EMR system. (Epic)
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location is in Quincy, IL.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between different departments. Be detail-oriented. Display strong organizational skills and ability to follow guidelines.
An associates degree or equivalent; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
