- Accomplishes line/shift Key Performance Goals/Indicators by supervising associates and organizing and monitoring work processes.

- Schedule, track and approve timekeeping for direct reports along with vacation request

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills (PC) and basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Post-Secondary education
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience in a related production environment or industry (automotive)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform simple maintenance-related tasks
- Experience supporting ISO 9000 Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing methods, etc.
