- Coach and mentor team technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate the development of team technicians.
- Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate and schedule team technicians' activities, ensuring efficient operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with support groups to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
- Report online measurables, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
- Ability to perform frequent physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Familiarity with data entry and group dynamic skills.
